1. characteristics and performance

The automatic anti-interference different frequency dielectric loss tester is used for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss measurement, or precision dielectric loss measurement in the laboratory. The instrument is an integrated structure with built-in dielectric loss bridge, variable frequency power supply, test transformer and standard capacitors. Using frequency conversion anti-interference and Fourier transform digital filtering technology, automatic and intelligent measurement, the measurement data is very stable under strong interference. The measurement result is displayed by the large-screen LCD, and the built-in micro-printer can be printed out。

1.2 Main features of capacitance and dielectric loss measurement

1.2.1Frequency conversion anti-interference

Using frequency conversion anti-interference technology, it can still measure accurately under 200% interference, and the test data is stable, suitable for on-site anti-interference dielectric loss test。

1.2.2High-precision measurement

Using techniques such as frequency floating, digital waveform analysis and bridge self-calibration, combined with high-precision three-terminal standard capacitors, high-precision dielectric loss measurement is achieved, and the accuracy and stability of the positive/reverse wiring measurement are consistent.。

The input resistance of all ranges of the instrument is lower than 2Ω, which eliminates the influence of the additional capacitance of the test line。

It can be connected to the oil cup for precision insulation oil dielectric loss test, and it can be connected to the solid material measuring electrode for precision insulation material dielectric loss test。

1.2.3 Good compatibility

Automatically identify 50Hz/60Hz system power supply, support generator power supply, even if the frequency fluctuates greatly, it can be measured normally.

Built-in series and parallel dielectric loss measurement models, which can be fully compatible with the calibration table and dielectric loss standard device, which is convenient for instrument verification。

1.2.4 Multi-level safety protection to ensure personal and equipment safety

High-voltage protection: short-circuit, breakdown or high-voltage current fluctuations of the test product can cut off the output at a high speed in a short-circuit mode.

Low voltage protection: wrong connection of 380V, power supply fluctuation or sudden power failure, start protection, will not cause over voltage.

Grounding protection: When the instrument's poor grounding causes the enclosure to carry dangerous voltage, the grounding protection is activated.

C V T: Four protection limits of high voltage and current, low voltage and current, which will not damage the equipment; incorrect selection of the menu will not output excitation voltage. There is no 10kV high voltage output during CVT measurement.

Misoperation prevention: two-level power switch; real-time monitoring of voltage and current; multiple keystrokes to confirm; terminal high/low voltage is clearly defined; slow voltage increase, rapid voltage reduction, sound and light alarm.

Anti-"capacity rise": When measuring large-capacity samples, there will be a "capacity rise" effect of increased voltage. The instrument can automatically track the output voltage and keep the test voltage constant.

Anti-seismic performance: The instrument adopts a unique anti-seismic design, which can withstand strong long-distance transportation vibration and bumps without being damaged.

High-voltage cable: It is a high-voltage-resistant insulated wire that can be used for mopping the ground.

1.2.5 Technical breakthrough, powerful function

(1) With an external standard capacitor interface, it can automatically track the frequency of the external test power supply from 40Hz to 70Hz, and support industrial frequency power supply and series resonance power supply for large-capacity high-voltage dielectric loss test.

(2) It has the function of discharging prompt for poor circuit contact to facilitate the judgment of whether the wiring is reliable.

(3) With CVT self-excitation measurement function, C1/C2 can be measured at the same time during one connection, automatically compensate for the effect of busbar grounding and the partial voltage of standard capacitors, without changing wires and connecting any external accessories, and high-voltage connecting wires can be grounded.

(4) With reverse wiring low-voltage shielding function, when the 220kVCVT bus is grounded, the 10kV reverse wiring dielectric loss measurement can be performed on C11 without disconnecting the wiring, and the master and slave capacitors can be measured at the same time for one wiring.

(5) Chinese graphic menu, large backlit LCD display.

(6) Equipped with thermal printer, printing data is clear and fast, without noise.

(7) With calendar clock, 100 sets of measurement data can be stored.

(8) With computer interface (optional). Through this interface, measurement, data processing and report output can be realized, and the internal measurement software of the instrument can also be upgraded. A computer can control 32 instruments, which can be integrated into a comprehensive high-voltage test vehicle。
